Painting
We are proud to have one of the most advanced painting lines in the bicycle industry featuring brand new equipment.
We offer wet paint and powder coat, depending on our customer’s needs. We can create and apply any decal.
All Unibike coating systems include pre-paint surface treatment, degreasing, phosphating process, and deionized parts, which improve painting adhesion and ensure high-quality results. At the end of the painting process, each frame is quality-checked one by one.

Carbon Painting
Creating high-quality and unique frames requires a delicate touch and true know-how, we use our expertise to guide our customers through every step of their project.
We only use the highest quality paints available. We can also offer fully customized one-off painting services.
Each frame is subject to our maticulous quality process, so we can ensure you receive the best experience possible.
Bike assembly
Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5000m² and is equipped with cutting-edge technology to provide our customers with the highest quality of service.
Our three assembly lines are capable of producing 250,000 bicycles annually. These lines are dedicated to the assembly of e-bikes, which means that the frames are not placed upside down during assembly. Furthermore, each individual bike is thoroughly tested before being dispatched to the customer.
We are pleased to provide wheel building services as well.
Storage and logistic
We inaugurated in 2023 our new storage facility spans 3750m² and stands 10m high.
Our logistics team is available to support you with both your company’s needs and your country requirements every step of the way.
